NAC Experts Meet with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan

On 10 January, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting with members of the expert community. The National Analytical Center was represented by Chairman of the Management Board Rysymambetov, Director of the Center for Economic Modeling Development Akbobek Akhmedyarova, and Senior Researcher at the Center for Regional Analysis Rassul Kospanov.
The meeting focused on issues of economic development, expansion of domestic production, sectoral development priorities, external risks, and the impact of global economic conditions on the national economy. During the meeting, Rysymambetov delivered a report presenting macroeconomic forecasts for 2026.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of maintaining regular dialogue with the expert community to develop balanced policy solutions aimed at improving the real incomes and well-being of the population.
In addition to NAC analysts, representatives of AERC, CSI, TALAP, and the analytical group Commentary also took part in the meeting.
