NAC expert, Saltanat Janenova, participated in a discussion on the topic "Will Public Service Centers CLOSE? How will we receive documents from the 'Digital Offices'?" on the Atameken Business TV channel.

According to the expert, the current model of providing government services with various access channels (through Public Service Centers, Egov mobile app, Kaspi, etc.) is the most effective and convenient for citizens. Closing Public Service Centers could lead to widening digital divide in terms of public service access, especially for the elderly, low-income individuals, and rural residents.
