NAC expert gave a lecture on behavioral public administration for the School of Analytics

On January 31, 2026, NAC expert, Saltanat Janenova, gave a guest lecture for the School of Analytics on the topic «Nudge: from theory to practice. Behavioral Public Administration».

The «School of Analytics» public project is being implemented with the support of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and aims to improve the quality of analytical approaches in public administration, media activities, the scientific and expert community, and the civil sector.

The presentation generated keen interest and response from the audience. Experience from the UK and other countries clearly demonstrates that small but well-thought-out behavioral nudges can change the quality of public services, increase citizen trust, and make policies «EAST» – «easy, attractive, social, and timely».

It is especially valuable that such discussions create a space for exchanging ideas and rethinking conventional management approaches.
